Working together with the wonderful Design team at Lloyds, we created a connected experience that reflects the organisation’s modern purpose while honouring its heritage. From London to Edinburgh, and even Bengaluru, this transformation connects every space through one unified story built around people, wellbeing, and progress.

Strategy
Lloyds’ workplaces were highly functional but lacked a joined-up brand experience. Their goal was to consolidate the estate while creating flexible, inclusive environments that support wellbeing and performance.
Our strategy aligned physical space with brand values delivering clarity, consistency, and connection.
The outcome: environments that speak a shared language of inclusivity and innovation, while embodying Lloyds’ trusted legacy.


Creative
We developed a brand led wayfinding system that went beyond signage, transforming every touchpoint into a storytelling opportunity that reinforced culture, accessibility, and belonging.
— Inclusive design was embedded from the start, not added later: clear wayfinding, sensory balance, and universal accessibility routes.
— Wellness zones and mindful kitchenette introduced spaces for decompression, prayer, and connection.
— Environmental graphics and messaging reflected Lloyds’ diversity, customer focus, and sustainability commitments.
Each site became a physical expression of Lloyds’ people first philosophy, where brand, culture, and space meet.
